  We stopped in for snacks on the way from Cranbrook to Fernie and were appalled by horrible way the cashier (a grey-haired lady) spoke to customers and about customers after they left. While we were there she charged someone for something they didn't ask for, blamed them when they figured it out, never offered a refund and then mocked them after they left (still without a refund). She told the next person in line where the previous customer worked, and how they were why CP Rail was a mess. Next she was rude to a customer that asked if they charge additional fees for debit purchases, and when they left she made fun of them for being stupid. I have never seen such poor customer service before. It was disgusting. I wonder if all the customers know that they are being bad mouthed behind their backs?

  Was clean friendly and has everything you could need. Just took a long time to get my propane tank filled.

  Fuel, parking, a car/truck wash, they make sandwiches, have home-style baked items (cookies, butter tarts, etc.) ice cream (waffle cones), some times hot items such as chicken wings, breakfast quiche, etc. All the regular & usual fare offered by a corner store (pop, chips, chocolate. Sometimes some music cd selections on the counter. Washrooms. Friendly service. Only thing this place is missing is showers & laundry.

  I would avoid this place, there is another gas station up about 1-2 kms, Fas Gas, and they have really good ice cream!
